    What if a name sounds wrong?

    Tell us the sounds-like spelling, then listen to the preview. You can request up to two free new takes with pronunciation edits before paying.

    How long does it take?

    Your order page updates while we write and render. Timing depends on the queue; we don’t promise instant delivery. If a render is delayed, we’ll tell you and send an email when email delivery is enabled.

    What do I get for $29?

    A full-length personalized song in a synced, vertical 1080 × 1920 lyric video using your photos. No watermark, no recurring charge. The paid video uses the song you previewed.

    Can I get a refund?

    Listen to the free preview before buying. Payments and refund requests are handled through Whop; use the support and refund options on your receipt.

    Are the examples real couples?

    No. All example couples are fictional. Your photos and story will never be used in our marketing.

    We use your story and photos to create your AI song and video. Only upload photos you have permission to use. AI can get details wrong: listen to the preview before you buy.

    Your photos and story are deleted 30 days after delivery, or 7 days after an unpaid preview. Your videos stay available for 1 year. Anyone with your private order link can view the preview, so share that link carefully. We never use customer media in marketing.
